VIRTUAL CAMPUS OF JUSTICE - THE USE OF A PLATFORM FOR E-LEARNING IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF JUSTICE OFFICIALS
ABSTRACT
The scientific and technological development shave advanced at arapid pace contributing to the occurrence of major changes in all areas and especially in education and training through the use of tools and resources provided by information technologies and communication.
The vocational training appears in this context as an important lever to overcome these changes, contributing to the improvement of the qualification of human resources and the development of the productive capacity of a particular person or institution.
The e-learning arises as a model of teaching and distance learning which contributes an important way to complementarity for the education and training of adults, particularly for training, since it enhances the qualification of human resources costs lower than the traditional teaching model, using information technology and communication.
This paper presents a case study, which analyzes and characterizes the extent to which the implementation of e-learning platformof the Virtual Campus of Justice contributed to the training of the recipients in this case, the group of staff the Justice Officials.
