DEVELOPMENT IN DIGITAL SKILLS IN HOME OF ASSISTENCIAL ASSOCIATION OF TOMORROW FRIENDS
ABSTRACT
This research aims to investigate through observations and interviews the consequences of the implementation of an inclusive policy, using information and communication technologies (ICT) in a care association. Allowing, through the provision of computers and educational programs, observe the development of the person with unfavorable conditions in cognitive function problems associated with physical and socioeconomic factors. We attempted this work, through a qualitative approach with applied nature , which analyze key elements in the proper absorption of content and skills development are susceptible to barriers, verifying how the motivational factor may be involved in the process identifying ways to work retention and participation of inmates in the institution. The diversity of desires and expectations associated with cognitive conditions of each participant was crucial to confront the representations of different groups in their particularities, where each individual had a different response to stimuli presented during the process of exposure of educational material. It was concluded that digital inclusion policy aiming at minimizing the effects of marginalization of a contingent forgotten by society, must establish criteria of continuity and diversification, where in addition to be resultoriented skills development, must provide moments of playfulness to all inmates in care association.
