STUDY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AN E/B-LEARNING SYSTEM AT RTP TRAINING CENTER

ABSTRACT

Training associated with e-learning is nowadays a reality in companies of all areas of activity. RTP has a training center that provides training activities to their employees, which are distributed among various regions of the country. With this study we wanted to confirm the applicability of this distance learning model to the RTP Training Center, in addition to the existing supply of traditional training. The work was based on the study of a small professional group of electronic maintenance technicians. Completed the work, we infer, after the analysis of the data obtained through a questionnaire survey and the analysis of the formative context of the studied group, that the inclusion of a system of e/b-learning could bring advantages to the technicians because it would provide more training contents to more people in a more balanced way. We have found that the conditions of either acceptance or knowledge required for the eventual use of a distance learning system in the group in analysis is granted.
