THE VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT USED AS SUPPORT FOR THE EXTRACURRICULAR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM IN CLINICAL NUTRITION OF SANTA CASA DE MISERICÓRDIA DE MACEIÓ
ABSTRACT
This dissertation theme that guides the investigation of the use of the virtual environment: the blog as a tool to support extracurricular technological stage of nutrition. We had the opportunity to observe and follow the insertion and the contribution of ICT to the internship program and how the intern used this tool to aid in the construction of knowledge. We seek in this investigation to assess the contribution of the blog in the teaching and learning process during the stage, this time in which is placed on practice every theory acquired in the classroom. The investigation was developed with extracurricular course intern nutrition in Santa Casa de Misericordia de Maceió-Al. The methodology used was of a qualitative approach based on a case study and quantitative data obtained through anchored on questionnaires and observation of participation through records in the virtual environment. After analysis, we found that the intern succeeded in using the blog as a tool for stage, facilitating integration between the Group and improving the construction of knowledge, as reported by them. However, there is a need for more encouragement and stimulus for the practice of using the blog as a pedagogical tool in the field of training, enhancing better use of this resource, suggesting new methodologies and getting more confidence in carrying out the practice of discussion proposed by the tools.
