BLOGS. REFLECTIONS IN E-LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS FROM THE PRACTICE
ABSTRACT
This dissertation has as reference the work we do in the Public Ministry of Pernambuco, where we have the opportunity to observe and learn about the services of institutional care for children and adolescents, as well as the actions of other actors involved in this area of protective measure, in the State of Pernambuco. Here we will link both areas this practice with the historical findings, theoretical and legal force in seeking to establish strategies and intervention actions, to act in this context that geographically have pivot points away. We sought in this study to analyze all sides of a building for the implementation of a platform that can offer a service of training in e-learning for professionals who work in protective area. For this we will identify the profile of these professionals and recognize that, even in the face of the difficulties of their profession, they have to participate in training online toward the practice. We analyzed the blog as an adequate system to work with e-learning using the literature to identify what criteria, parameters and indicators that makes a blog of institutional quality. Giving body to our intention, we will make a journey by theories of learning seeking consistency to investigate whether new approaches such as the Connectivism, answers or not to our desire for continued education in practice and from the practice.
