The mobile technology phenomenon understands all the organizational levels, being the mobile phone technology one with such personal features that holds a privileged position in each member of the community.

The term mobility is a key element in the knowledge society, rising the value of technology in its ubiquity, and demands a self-regulated learning in an era where “digital natives” and “digital immigrants” are involved in virtual communities sharing knowledge. By facing the new technologies dynamic, today´s globalization claims the adjustment of educational policies to new learning methodologies, finding in mobile learning a key element for the movement of economy efforts. The interaction should be designed in an educational and pedagogical approach to take advantage of the more conventional learning resources and others obtained through technology.

The several capacities of the mobile technology ubiquity contrast with its own restrictions. However, in favour of qualities, such as the ability to record information as it is generated, it drives us to the minimalism theory and the need for flexible context solutions.

Infers that ubiquity allows one to use in any place at any hour, whatever needs, if it is convenient and relevant, raising the attention of all those individuals that seek in mobile technology a mean to acquire new skills.
