DIGITAL TOOL IN E-LEARNING: A STRATEGY OF SHARING ACQUIRED EXPERIENCES IN EVENTS FUNDED BY PUBLIC RESOURCES

ABSTRACT

Several spaces, physical or digital, have been developed so that the knowledge carriers can expose their learning, making these spaces a powerful source of knowledge, exchange of experiences and presentation of good practices. With the improvement of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Information and Communication Systems (ICS), along with the professionalization of Media Convergence and the use of Digital Tools (blog-type), everybody wins: educators and learners, workers and users of this tool.

This dissertation aims to identificate if the laborers who work in the management function of the Health Department of Alagoas State (SESAU/AL) share experiences acquired in events funded by public resources in a blog-type digital tool. Such shares may be presented in a variety of formats, such as summaries, presentations, posts, images, videos and photos. For that, a quantitative methodology was used, with descriptive coverage, since we had to raise, verify and analyze the information obtained from these subjects. We had a considerable sample, according to experts in the field, with 90% of confidence level. The data collection was carried out through a structured questionnaire, which gave full freedom to those workers who volunteered to signal whether they wanted to participate or not in the survey. The data were analyzed in a collective way, not individualized, respecting, thus, the confidentiality of these subjects and consolidating the bond of trust signing in the Free and Informed Consent Term (TCLE).

We believe that the results found in this study may bring even more visibility to the educational actions and good practices promoted by SESAU/AL.
